General Information
Carry clean water or the liquids which is similar to clean water, supply water for industry and city,pressure booster for water supply for high building,fire protection,long distance transportation,carry circulation cooling for air condition carry the liquids which is similar to water in manufacturing process are,also use with the fire fighting or life pressure booster system.
Pump with the same specification can change the performance parameters by cutting the outer diameter of the impeller;the normal speed of the pump is 1450RPM and 2900RPM, if it is required to operate at the maximum speed of 3550RPM(60Hz power supply),our company can provide technical instruction on the change of the outer diameter of the impeller
The type NLG pump features simple structure,reliable performance,small volume,light weight,high efficiency,good ati-cavitation performance, low power consumption and convenient use and maintenance
The pump is suitable for pumping medium at temperature of -10~85ºC and working pressure of 1.0MPa,if there is a need to increase to 1.6MPa or higher,please specify when selecting and ordering

Ordering Instructions
1.Please provide the following information when placing an order
★Pump mode or required operating conditions point flow:head and cavitation allowance and other parameters
★Physical or chemical properties such as temperature,corrosiveness,etc
★Pump inlet pressure
★Shaft seal type(if the use of packaged machine seals,special notes,do not indicate the supply of ordinary mechanical seals)
★Direction of rotation(The pump is: viewed from the motor end,the pump is selected clockwise)
★Parts material(Supply according to standard configuration if not indicated)
★Motor power,voltage,protection level,insulation level,cooling mode,whether explosion-proof and other configuration requirements
2.Model selection instructions
★The order is not limited by the performance parameters list.data in the catalogue is only special point parameter,we can design and manufacture the product according to the user requirements
★The parameters proposed by the user should be near the maximum efficiency point of the sample curve,and the pump type with a flow rate between 0.7 and 1.1 times the maximum efficiency point should be preferred,and the use parameters should not be greater than 1.1 times the flow rate of the maximum efficiency point.
★The water pump can run at a reduced speed,if 60Hz motor is used,please contact our product engineer for confirmation
